Slow computer animation issues.

SL sometimes doesn't animate all they way down.

SL is very laggy on slower PCs.

Hopefully fixed in f8d3c7a89e786639db5da8b3618bf741bd4c6693 This issue is a symptom of slower machines so I will need to keep an eye on it.

The issue where these get stuck is now resolved. But the animation is still choppy on slower PCs.

I will need to see about making these smoother if possible.
