Cannot install keyboard driver

I'm using the latest release and trying to install the keyboard driver. Got the following output:

sc.exe exited with code -1073740791
Could not create service. Installing keyboard driver failed.

I was able to successfully install and use mouse driver. Running from admin cmd.

Windows 10 Pro, build 19041
