I know this might be a limitation that cannot be overcome easily or at all with a layer like bicon, but maybe it is important to mention it as a caveat/known issues/limitations; as it is not totally expected that this would cause text copied from a VTE and pasted anywhere else would have the wrong order, this does not affect the redirection of output for example, it strictly affects taking the output after being "rendered" by bicon and is spicific to its approach, as for example, konsole does not have this issue.
