Include raphael using bower

Once the new raphael version is released onto bower, pull it in.

@jthoms1 a comment in the code says Raphael is not yet ready. How will we know when it becomes ready?

When the new release of raphael becomes available. Until they increment the version number the old version that is Amd incompatible will be served through bower. On May 19, 2013 12:45 PM, "Joe Nelson" [email protected] wrote:
