Updated Dockerfile template (fixes beego/bee#712)

Updated Dockerfile template to use dep instead of godep.

Also simplified template:

  • used COPY instead of ADD (preferred)
  • used $WORKDIR instead of $APP_DIR (avoids cd'ing and mkdir)
