Allow Scrutinizer access to repo.

Hi @beberlei,

I'd like to get code coverage analysis incorporated into the README.md display via a badge.

I currently use Scrutinizer for this. It requires access to the repo though (like Travis would do).

Can you grant access please?

If you don't, would you be willing to transfer ownership of the project to me?
