Feature request: Reflect File Watching Status in menu bar icon

I would be neat if we could see the status of the file watching (watching/paused) on the menu bar icon. Also a subtle feedback for pressing the shortcut ctrl opt cmd - would be nice.

I'd extend this feature request to include a badge on the dock icon as well for people, like myself, who don't make use of the menu bar icon. This would save quite some clicks without having to pull up the main app window to see the file watching status.
