[Feature Request] Support for WindiCSS

Now that we have support for TailwindCSS, could we also have support for WindiCSS?

Like Tailwind, Windi is a utility-first framework, but sports several advanced features that in the past have been shamelessly copied - without attribution - by Tailwind (like its JIT compiler). Windi has more features and is faster than Tailwind, and would be a great addition to the list of 'modern' frameworks supported by CodeKit.
