[Feature Request] Support SassLint & .sass-lint.yml Import

Support for SassLint, https://github.com/sasstools/sass-lint, with the option to read and write to an existing .sass-lint.yml file.

Use Case: I want to do my darnedest to keep people from messing up my SASS files! Support for .sass-lint.yml file allows others to use different tools without having to update multiple configs when the lint rules change.
