Description of StardewHack mod on Nexus needs to be added some informations about the bug pop-up

Since the StardewHack mod doesn't supported on Android, pls add some lines to tell android player about the bug below on Nexusmods:

Mods still works, but the bug pop-up makes people think that it doesn't work, people'd be confused.
