Filter attributes on backup

This PR adds an option to filter attributes when creating a backup. The motivation for this was that when backing up and restoring global tables, there are certain attributes added which will prevent the global table from replicating the items out.

Thanks @dannyn for the PR and apologies for how long it took for me to get onto this, if you would like to resolve the conflicts then we could consider reviewing this for merging
