Added support VS2019 and 2022. Removed deprecated /Gm parameter for VS2019 VS2022 Remove redundant 'void' function parameter. Visual Assist code review fixes.

There's TOO MUCH void function parameters removals which makes this pull request dramatically harder to review. Consider to move voids removal to separate pull request.
