MoreCast 2.0: Collect, record and prioritize feedback from Forecaster Journey Map session

As a Forecaster I need to understand the design and development requests for MoreCast So that I can coordinate with Wildfire Predictive Services on tasks to be considered a priority before fire season.

• [x] All feedback is recorded from Jan 10, 2024's PSU Forecaster Journey Map discovery sessions.
• [x] WPS has met with Matt MacDonald to review findings.
• [x] Forecaster(s) have indicated what work is the most important as illustrated in the Priority Matrix on the above Miro board.

Context: Forecasters met with our WPS team to examine the forecasting workflow and identify positive, negative and ideated items. The video was recorded and filed on the Teams Channel, while the Miro board collected (and may collect more) feedback.
