ESRA/Sites - fee code changes ( approx Apr 2026)

CURRENT: The Site remediation Program uses 3 systems to receive and process applications:

1. The SRS web app for receipt of forms (SRS = Site Remediation Services)
2. The Contaminated Sites Application Tracking System (CATS) for tracking applications, timesheets, metrics, invoices, participants, etc.
3. SITE – the oracle based system containing all data regarding the Site Registry.

FUTURE: The SRS web app is still under development and will eventually cover all 3 items above, replacing CATS and SITE. Some items will be changing, some prices are increasing, and some will no longer incur a fee. ESRA will advise when legislation has been approved.

1. Fee admin changes can be completed by BA
2. ESRA will need to retrieve Site information through SRS , not SITE. The vendor for ESRA is Salus Systems.
3. any back end changes will need to be completed by devs.
