[RETEST] Create UI: address validation bug in Benefit Company IA
Scenario While testing the Benefit Company incorporation flow, the user reached the mailing/delivery address step. The “Same as” button, which should automatically copy the address fields, is not working and instead triggers an error. The user must enter both addresses manually to proceed. This behaviour has not occurred before, and the same test address has typically worked.
In addition, the system did not allow progress using a fake/test address. The flow required a real address to continue, which contradicts our usual testing approach where fake addresses are acceptable for guide-building and internal testing. The user suspects this may be related to validation rules applied when guides are exposed to citizens.
