UI - Break Up Single Dropdown into Multiple

  • [ ] Static/Dynamic list of documents for each dropdown

Had a discussion with @victorc-bcgov regarding gaps in the dropdown breakup. We need to have more dynamic (show/hide) dropdowns than initially thought. Here is the updated spreadsheet.

Passed BAA - Confirmed that the new Document Uploads widget breaks apart the list of documents into sections for each type of required document (e.g. Proof of identity, Proof of principal residence, Local government business license).
