UAT - Restoration Address Functionality - Risk of Data Loss/Useability

Identified in UAT. Business assigned high priority due to risk of data loss.

Full Restoration - Confirm Business Info -> 1. Addresses

When on the "Confirm Business Info" screen the user is presented with the prior addresses of the corp prefilled in the 4 address sections. If the user inadvertently clicks on one or more of the "Same as .... address" buttons and then undoes that action the prefilled address info is lost.

Change Requested: Address panel should re-open with same address data as it had when the page was first loaded, i.e. the pre-filled address.
