Edit UI: fix alteration of company type issues

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a BEN business (impacting named AND numbered for regular and continued-in).
2. Start a business type alteration.
3. See that CC is listed as option for allowable business type alterations (this is not supported in COLIN as per Vysakh).

I'm pulling this ticket back to Sprint Backlog because:

• this implements an incorrect change
• there is another change to make

2. BC -> ULC
3. BC -> CCC
4. BEN -> BC

6. ULC -> BC
7. ULC -> BEN

It has been decided that alteration of business type will be part of the Directed Launch. Therefore, this ticket can now be worked on.

As per the updated requirements, BEN->CC and CBEN->CCC alteration filing is not working for numbered companies (namex is blocking testing for named companies), i have updated the table in #23941 and notified Leo who is working on #24041 (Legal API ticket).
