Describe the bug in current situation Dashboard link in breadcrumb not working

Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps?

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'RegistrationDetails' page
  2. Click on 'Dashboard' link in the breadcrumb
  3. Nothing happens

Actual/ observed behavior/ results Nothing happens

Expected behavior Should navigate to the dashboard page
