Emailer: update continuation emails per new design

This ticket must include all emails (ie, NR + LEAR).

• [ ] list the emails that are needed
• [ ] update the existing emails to match requirements
• [ ] there may be new emails and obsolete old emails

Name Request Emails

• [ ] NR about to Expire:
  • Update language under option 1 and 2
• [ ] NR Expired email:
  • add text: To submit a new name request, visit BC Business Registry Name Request
• Titles of Name Request Emails have been updated

Authorization Emails

• [ ] update the existing emails to match requirements

Application Emails

• [ ] update the existing emails to match requirements

Can we link to bootstrap dashboard with an email link?

I think so, if we don't already do that. (By the way, Business Dashboard and Bootstrap Dashboard are the same thing.)

If not then we would need to link to the business registry page (MBR). What would you call that in the email?

We could call it 'My Business Registry' if we can't look to the business dashboard - I'll leave a comment on the design here to capture this

Continuation emails are implemented. cannot be tested in Test as we are holding off on release to test this week. Mailhog in DEV is not very reliable to test this. NR emails for Expired and Expiring soon are ready in a branch but pending decision on FF

Eve confirmed that namex email and notifications are sent from namex emailer (https://github.com/bcgov/namex/pull/1542)

Extra Email Being Sent

• Seems like an extra email being sent after I registered an "immediate" continuation application. (I didn't select future effective). The subject line is: KIKI'S DELIVERY SERVICE INC. - Continuation Application Received
• Also please remove the two divider lines

Rejected Authorization

• Update to say "Review the reasons your authorization was rejected below" under Your Next Steps
• Update to say "Identifying Number in Previous Jurisdiction" under Application Details
• Remove extra divider line beneath Application Details

Future Effective Email

• Remove extra divider lines above and below the top section

Is all remaining work in THIS ticket complete? We don't need to keep this ticket in Icebox for any reason?

The remaining work is only the observations from UX. I raised it this morning and put it in Icebox as @OlgaPotiagalova mentioned. I can move it New issues if it makes more sense to put it there.
