PPR Business Debtor Search - Select Name with French Characters.
From OPs ticket https://sbc-registries.atlassian.net/browse/ITOPS-137483, when selecting a PPR business debtor name from the business name lookup to search on and the name contains a French character, the search is prevented from completing. The API returns an invalid character data validation error on the search name. This behaviour is inconsistent as a selected name is a valid search value. The API currently prevents names from having non-ascii characters, so no existing names contain French characters. The temporary solution may be to allow the non-ascii characters when searching but substitute the French characters when generating the search key (so a match will be found searching with or without the French character). The long term solution may be to allow names with utf-8 characters instead of the ascii only subset.
