Revise short name screens to include wire transfer type

Screen update:

  1. All short name table
  • added type column
  • added filter (dropdown style with two option: EFT/Wire Transfer)
  • Rename "Number of linked accounts" to "Linked accounts"
  1. EFT enabled accounts table
  • Added type column
  1. Linking modal
  • Added text field for short name type
  1. Short name detail view
  • Added short name type information
  1. Refund detail page
  • Added short name type info

@ethantspitt deployed to DEV, there should be a WIRE short name available

The only item that may still be pending waiting for back end support to be deployed but already implemented. You can view the PR associated with this, I have attached a screenshot with a mocked API call so you can see how it looks.

@ochiu Thanks for the update. This filter is missing some text. Is it because of the width? Maybe the 'Unsettled Amount' filter can be reduced to make some space. Screenshot 2024-09-25 at 10.15.00 AM.png
