LEAR Filer: changes to carry over resolution or court order dates in (Horizontal & Vertical) amalgamation

In #20893, two BENs were amalgamated into a new Benefit Company. The bug is that a resolution date (pertaining to the share structure) from the primary TING was not carried over to the new TED.

[ ] ~update amalgamation schema if needed~ resolutionDate is part of shares (which we already have)
[ ] ~update Legal API validation if needed (required only for regular amalgamation, if we are providing an option to the user)~
[ ] Update Filer
[ ] Include in colin sync
