SPIKE - SBC Connect Drop Down

Users can manage their account by clicking on the SBC dropdown. Once they are in the SBC Connect Account Management, it may not be clear for users to go back to the STR dashboard.

Questions:

1. Can we control the Dashboard breadcrumb in SBC Connect? We want users to go to my dashboard?
2. Can we create our own version of account management for Hosts?

1. I am not sure whether the breadcrumb can be controlled. When you click on 'Go to My Dashboard' the user gets redirected to the page where they see all the products they selected in the 'Products and Service' page. STRR should be in that list if the product details are already updated in SBC connect and if it is a new account created from STRR app. If the user already has SBC connect account and they use an existing account, that account is not currently updated with STRR product selection. I guess that is a gap in the current implementation which we can fix.

2.It depends on what features we want to support in the account management. Team members feature may be complex

The bigger risk of having the accounts drop down in the header is the user switching the account types while in the middle of filling one type of application. It may be better to go with the custom header option like in Business AR

John confirmed that we can design our own dropdown. @mbertucci will create a story for dropdown that open supports log out. Maybe no design needed
