Verify -Correction - iA with NR
Need to Verify with Business
Scenario, If a user had an Approved NR but missed using NR and created a numbered. Trying to correct through File a Correction, it does not allow NR with New business, it will enable NR with Name change
File a Correction -Open up this file to correct. But NR with name change only accepted not NR with New Business
This Case brought by Morgan from Business Team during knowledge sharing session
As discussed with Linda and Yasmin, this will be handled through the Business process.
- If the user or staff forgot to use NR which was allocated for an IA application and continued with Numbered company
- Staff will do alterations with NR type to Change of Name
- File a Correction and use NR with Name change type and output will be certificate of Name Correction .
Decision Pending -Only Outputs need to be approved by Elizabeth
To be reviewed with OCM team for decisions impacting business process. @Mihai-QuickSilverDev to update this ticket and reference the outputs.
Mihai confirms that we have a Certificate of Name Change, so all latest outputs should be OK in this situation. We believe this is no longer an issue.
OCM team needs to make sure this is recorded as part of the business process.

Tested with numbered company BC1147702 and filed a correction with Name request of change of name NR4261351 - completed no issues. This ticket can now be closed as completed.
