BTR SI email template notification
build a template for Email notification that business data will be public Includes 3 email scenarios
- Initial email to person listed as an SI who is over 19 years of age
- Initial email to person listed as an SI who is under 19 years of age
- Email to person who is listed as an SI and will turn 19 years of age / have information published
Required data fields Initial email if you are adult
- business details (company name, business number)
- SI full name, birth date, Canadian citizenship/PR or all all citizenships if not Canadian citizen/PR
- business name address, phone number email
- SIs registration date (submission date)
- Current publication date (90 days after registration date, next day 12:00am pacific time)
For minors
- Current publication date (90 days after their 19th birthday)
Other differences
- email to minors will have one section less
- email to minors has a warning explaining their data visibility

This is in TEST. To verify @J-Baese you can submit a btr form with people of different birthdates / citizenships / etc. and make sure they all have an email that works for you in TEST (NOTE: you have to be on the email approval list for dev/test). After you file, send me the business identifier and I will manually trigger the email (you will get emails for each person in the form, plus one email minor public email for the first person in the list)
@gunanagar to manually trigger an email you can use the new postman call inside notification/send-email: POST .../notify, body: {"businessIdentifier": ...}
