[Duplicate] Unable to file Annual Report for a Limited Restoration business which is in Dissolution.

Describe the bug in current situation A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the involuntary dissolution job to move the businesses to dissolution.
2. Navigate to the UI and search for business in dissolution. https://dev.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC1218844/
3. File AR for the limited restoration business.

Actual/ observed behavior/ results Error message which blocks the filing.

Expected behavior Should be allowed to file AR.

Created a new business and voluntarily dissolved it

Performed the Limited RESTORATION STEPS to bring back the business to active state

And based on the rules defined here, Limited restoration businesses are not eligible for dissolution.

Now, lets make this business eligible for dissolution and run the dissolution job to check if this business will be moved to stage1 of Dissolution. It's expected not to move since its a Limited Restoration Business.
