Validate API Specifications - Continuation Out

Review the API specification for Continuation Out and create a postman collection that demonstrates how to execute a Continuation Out filing.

Specs are located at https://developer.api.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/business-api and you can see examples of postman collections for PPR at https://developer.api.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/apigw-ppr-demo.postman_collection.json.
