Validate API Specifications - Voluntary Dissolution

Review the API specification for Voluntary Dissolution and create a postman collection that demonstrates how to execute a Voluntary Dissolution filing.

Specs are located at https://developer.api.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/business-api and you can see examples of postman collections for PPR at https://developer.api.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/apigw-ppr-demo.postman_collection.json.

Description of Changes:

• Created Voluntary Dissolution folder in the shared Postman collection.
• 6 Requests with payload for 4 scenarios and 2 resets:

Notes for using these:

• Since we are focusing on corporations, please try to use a company other than COOP / CP legal type
• You can use BC0882365, since it's a dummy company I created for testing purposes
  • Make sure you cleaned up the filing each time after file a voluntary dissolution.
• We are now using API-Keys through gateway, but using DEV db

You can try all the examples in the folder, and check the payload.

Note As discussed, this ticket primarily focuses on create the Postman collection. The work on specification side will be done later in another ticket.
