Legal API / Entity Emailer: continuation in review trigger emails (DO THIS LAST / VERIFY)
Emails need to be triggered when:

[x] ~NR (if used) is approved~ sent from Namex, not Legal API

[x] user has initially submitted the continuation in application

[ ] staff has reviewed the application and requests a change (*)

[ ] staff has reviewed the application and accepted it (*)

[ ] staff has reviewed the application and rejected it (*)

[ ] the filer has completed the application

[ ] If Reject - Trigger an email to IT OPS with standard format for Refund - Need to Check

[ ] (if needed) send email to IT Ops to process refund
The emails marked with (*) need to include the email body text from the staff review. @NaveenHebbale I can't remember where else I saw the list of (5) emails that are triggered. If there is already another ticket, can you close it (or this one) please?
@severinbeauvais No ticket are created for Emails , Only We have summarized this in Spike Ticket.
List of emails from spike ticket #21377:
- When Name Request is Approved -> Steps to file Continuation IN in the new system with some reference from the CMS website
- When the Client files Continuation IN with Payment -> We received your application, it is under review - Attachment - Receipt and Continuation Application .
- After Staff review the application -> We reviewed your application, we need an active Consent letter
- If Approved - Your application is approved with a link to MBR
- If Rejected - Your Application is rejected due to " " and refund will be returned in 7- 12 Business days.
- If Reject - Trigger an email to IT OPS with standard format for Refund
We might not need this ticket as the triggers should be handled in other tickets. Changing this ticket to "verify" instead.
Naveen, does it make sense to assign this ticket to you for verification when the other email tickets are completed?
