CAS extract AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL - TRACE online banking payments to BCROS instead of BCOL

CAS will provide us with an extract of AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL where STATUS = AR_PLB_BAD_CUST_NUM order by creation_date desc;

AR BAD CUSTOMER

this list will need to be reviewed to determine next steps.

Scenarios:

  • [ ] Wrong CFS account number that doesn't exist
  • [ ] Wrong CFS account number that exists
  • [ ] Wrong Payee

Tara from CAS advised she will set up a calendar reminder to run this every Monday, if there are no new records, she will not email, this is a temporary solution. Once provides us with direct access to this table, we can work to create procedures for managing items on it.
