Clicking on ULC radio button triggering an in component validation.

Describe the bug in the current situation When the user clicks on the ULC radio button then the PDF component triggers a validation error whereas all the other validations are triggered while returning from the Review and Certify Page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/
  2. Start a Continuation In filing
  3. Enter the xpro company info
  4. Click on ULC radio button
  5. Notice the validation triggers.

#21138 should fix this.

The ULC radio buttons are removed in the latest design, so this ticket is obsolete. I'm closing it.
