Very similar to Filings UI ticket: https://github.com/bcgov/entity/issues/21269
If a business is in D1 state, there'll be an alert:
Need to handle:
- [ ] "This business is in the process of being dissolved" alert
- [ ] Red icon
- [ ] Add/update unit tests when needed
What's the difference to the user from this and not in good standing? Good Standing means your ARs are up to date. If you are not in good-standing then you are in the process of being dissolved. Seems redundant? Or am I missing something?

From the designs and requirements, they seem to want to differentiate between businesses that are NIGS and businesses that are in the process of being dissolved via Involuntary Dissolution (D1, D2 states). Hence, the new alert and new warning type that's going to be returned from legal api.
Some corrections, D1 & D2 are not states. There are only 2 states: Active & Historical. There's some process tracking that in the mainframe era was called D1 & D2 as they tracked the GDGs 20 yrs ago. Yes, in our API design we added the warning information that a business is in the process of being dissolved. But you are either in Good Standing (meaning your ARs are up to date), or you are not in Good Standing and therefore are being dissolved. It still seems redundant. Last week people didn't like we added the warning and dates, but that is helpful to the API users. It seems redundant (a stutter) as you are saying the same thing twice.
Ready for QA.
The alert are looking as expected
