Create UI: implement MRAS search + file upload (DO THIS AFTER 20989 and 19282)

  • [ ] if jurisdiction is MRAS, perform MRAS search (per #19282) and show results (see Namerequest UI for MRAS search; see Existing Business Information component for displaying results): image.png

  • [ ] if MRAS search failed, show error: image.png

  • [ ] add confirmation checkbox (and make it part of the validation)

  • [ ] handle Undo (go from results mode to initial mode and clear out any data)

  • [ ] store data in store object

  • [ ] save and resume data in filing

  • [ ] verify component reloads data from draft

  • [ ] add unit tests for new code

UPDATE: no, this ticket is not completely obsolete -- we probably still need the affidavit upload (and that will still require knowing the home jurisdiction and home entity type)....

This ticket is blocked while waiting for updated UI designs (and some outstanding questions there).
