UX Research - Payment Method

Research goal

  1. For clients currently using drawdown account to pay (BCOL): to discover clients' concerns about removing the BCOL payment option.
  2. To evaluate if client understand how other payment options work and will meet their needs when BCOL payment is retired.
  3. To test clients' understanding of the account tier concept (basic/premium) and gather their sentiments about potentially merging account types.
  4. For online banking users, to measure clients' willingness to transition to alternative payment methods.
  5. To evaluate clients' current payment experiences, and gather feedback on whether current tools (such as transaction pages or statements) meet their needs.
