Name Examination UI - in transaction history, the expiration date time zone is incorrect

The 'event_json' correctly includes the time zone information for the expiration date. However, the time zone information is not read in the transaction history.

For instance, in the TEST environment, NR 4402332 expiration date displays as '2024-06-13, 6:59 am Pacific time' in transaction history. However, the actual data in 'events.event_json' shows '2024-06-13T06:59:00+00:00', indicating that the timezone offset of +00:00 was not correctly interpreted.
