entity BUG - API Transport Permit Registration Report Location Issue

Issue Mhr 108344 was issued a permit to the reservation land – and the address was entered correctly as it appears, but does not appear either in the green screen or on the transport permit output – attached. MHR Info Page.png

Doug: Issue 1 Transport permits the registration report location is missing the legal land description sub-section. The corrected report is attached and also corrected in doc storage for staff to download via the UI.

Issue 2 Legacy green screen is not correctly displaying the additional description. Here is the location information submitted to the API for this registration: "newLocation": { "address": { "street": "4444 TLUNIM TASHII", "city": "PORT ALBERNI", "region": "BC", "country": "CA", "postalCode": "" }, "leaveProvince": false, "taxCertificate": false, "locationType": "RESERVE", "lot": "13", "landDistrict": "ALBERNI", "bandName": "KLEKHOOT", "reserveNumber": "2" },

There is no additionalDescription text in the request. If the location type is RESERVE, the API is setting the legacy DB2 additional description as the bandName followed by the reserveNumber. Staff is asking for the text to be changed to bandName followed by "RESERVATION #" followed by the reserveNumber. Change "KLEKHOOT 2" to "KLEKHOOT RESERVATION #2".

@LizGovier thanks, I updated the description after some more investigation. Staff is asking to add "RESERVATION #" to the additional description. Do you want to add it to the location and search reports as well?
