AUTH - STRR stub account flow - questions about feasibility

The following questions have come up:

  1. Can a 'stub' account be created that is incomplete (missing address, contact info, or maybe other info)?
  2. Can an account that is incomplete be patched/updated with more info later?
  3. Which fields are required today to create an account?
  4. Are there any fields that can be made optional?
