API Unit Notes - Remove Transport Permit and Amend Transport Permit
Transport Permit and Amending a permit are appearing in the Unit Notes table. When a transport permit or Amending a permit is filed, they should never appear in the unit notes table.
Verify in search and for non-staff.
In the API response to get the current view of the MH, exclude the document types REG_103, REG_103E, and AMEND_PERMIT from the notes array.
@LizGovier can you confirm that transport permit notes should be excluded from the search report as well?
