MHR - Missing validation for Sole Owners/Joint Tenants in the transfer flow

  • [x] Transfer validation bug is missing for all the flows including SoG/JT when there are no groups/Tenants in common structure.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Select a registration which has SO/Joint tenants
  • select the tenancy type as SO and delete the existing owners
  • fill all other required fields (do not add a new person/business to the table)
  • navigate to the review and confirm step
  • user can navigate to the review step without blocking (missing validation)

Hey @cameron-eyds , I'm still able to navigate to the review screen without adding a person/business to the home owners table. Please take a look, thanks!

Ok, i fixed it (for real this time) in my current commit. Will include with the Declaration Details Component. Putting in staging until then!
