UI - Create citizenship/location filter

  • Julie has pulled her icons from https://nucleoapp.com/
  • dropdown displays full text of each country with Canada and US at the top
  • only allow filtering by one country at a time
  • selected state of the field will include the flag for the country selected or where no flag is available the two digit country code can be used
