UI Design: Changes to Significant Individuals (post-filing)
Given I am a company filing Significant Individual Changes When I launch the Significant Individual Change filing I can see significant individuals names, xxxxxxx, and xxxxx Then I can update the fields that display by editing the information included Or if information is not prepopulated (applicable to....include fields here) then I must type in the data
See ticket: Requirements: Changes to Significant Individuals (post-filing)#19230
We need wireframes for the workflow of changing significant individual information after it has been filed with the Registry.
Note: Includes Review and Confirm
Per the requirements below "with the recent discussions on protecting information it seems like we would show the details available in the public search when a transaction was launched but any updates to fields other than those displaying would require re-entry. "
Interaction Design

If the individual acts jointly or in-concert display the Acting Jointly or In-concert table. Display the names of joint and in-concert linked individuals per the Significant Individual table If an individual is only linked as joint or in-concert and no other information about them is edited, display the individual in the Significant Individual table and add an Updated badge New and Updated Table column headings are the same as the Add an Individual
Form Buttons Done - same validation as Add an SI, collapse the expansion form and display the SI with "Edited" badge, display the full info for the SI in the Significant Individual table Cancel - do not apply any changes to the SI, collapse the expansion form
Table order on screen Current Significant Individuals Acting jointly or in-concert table
Review and Confirm
Display ONLY the new, edited, and updated individuals with their respective badges
@J-Baese @mstanton1 @Apt766525 this is on hold and will likely be withdrawn given the change in approach we discussed yesterday.
Decisions as of todays' design meeting for MVP:
- building change only (correction to be tackled separately later)
- include ability to cease an SI as part of the change
- if a SI's data is updated, and they are ceased, allow both within the single filing
Record of first version of Interaction Design (DO NOT BUILD THIS)

@mstanton1 I have the design in this ticket - we should make sure that is linked to the dev tickets
@forgeuxGH5 the current ticketing approach is we are adding the Design and Dev tickets on the epic. We've been putting design links to the relevant part of the Figma design in each dev ticket. If, when grooming, the team finds it easier to have a linked ticket we could do that but right now the process of adding the link in the dev ticket has been working well.
