SOLR (was: Unable to search for CC & ULC types in amalgamation business search)
Describe the bug in the current situation When the user clicks on Add Amalgamating Business and searches for "BC0871350" or any business with the type "CC" then the search result says Business Not Found.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/amalg-reg-information?id=TW2lNMn4rJ&accountid=2079'
- Login with BCREGA001/98900001
- Click on Add Amalgamating Business
- Search for "BC0871350" and see the result as Not Found.

Could this be because BC0871350 (CCC in LEAR above) isn't in COLIN (which is what business lookup searches)?

Thanks Mihai. I have tested a CC and a ULC from above and both were returned in the business lookup. (However, neither was in LEAR so I was ultimately unable to add them as TINGs -- as expected.)

BC0871306 This is one of the businesses the type is cc which I couldn't query in dev @severinbeauvais

~In short, business search will return new ULC/CCC/BC but only until the next Monday. After that reindex, business search will no longer return those ULC/CCC/BC.~ SB says: I might be wrong on this. I think that ULC/CCC/BC might not be synced back to COLIN right now, so you're just not going to be able to business-search amalgamated businesses or some new businesses in LEAR.
Dave will follow-up on PO Synch. Options: 1. Modify the SOLR business search to search on the reunion of COLIN and LEAR, for Dev and Test.
@davemck513 What did the business decide about modifying the SOLR search?

@OlgaPotiagalova this can be closed as well. This is not a bug. This is the current functionality. Once the MVP approach is confirmed and Kial returns to the team I will work with him to create tickets necessary to implement what is agreed upon.
