GIVEN I am a staff member and I have launched the dissolution dashboard WHEN I load the page, THEN I see the total number of businesses that are D1 candidates

Blocked for now because it's waiting on the BE to be done.

  • [ ] Implement this stat in the involuntary dissolution start page
