UI - Bugs - DEAT / WILL / LETA / AFFE - Review and Confirm fixes

Noticed a couple small items for DEAT/WILL / LETA / AFFE Review and Confirm screens:

  • [x] Need to hide the yellow Bill of Sale message bar for all Death transfers (it's showing up for DEAT, AFFE and LETA right now but check all death transfers for QS and Staff)

  • [x] gray hair lines aren't going all the way across in homeowners tables for Death transfers (WILL / LETA / AFFE), hairline is missing completely in DEAT

@mstanton1 - noticing these two bugs are now appearing in transfer to surviving joint tenant flow

Verified in DEV for the DEAT/WILL / LETA / AFFE Review and Confirm screens for staff and QS flows.
