MHR - Unable to complete Transfer to Executor - Estate under $25,000 with Will
Steps to reproduce:
- Select a registration which has Sole owner (eg:107826)
- Select the transfer type as Transfer to Executor - Estate under $25,000 with Will
- Delete the sole owner and add 2 executors without any groups
- Click on the Review & Confirm screen
- "< Please complete required information" is displayed and stops user from navigating to the Review screen

Hey @cameron-eyds , I'm seeing the validation when I delete the existing sole owner and trying to add a new owner to the table. Please take a look, thanks!
Steps to reproduce:
- Select a registration with sole owner (107826 in DEV)
- Select the transfer type as 'Transfer to Executor - Estate under $25,000 with Will'
- Delete the existing owner
- Validation message is displayed with 'One of the deceased owners must have an Affidavit of Executor with Death Certificate.' when there is sole owner
@chdivyareddy Hey Divya, i noticed this exact scenario and commented in the 'Remove Dissolved Businesses' ticket, this is related to that. Basically there is validation that should prevent these transfer types when there is only a business as SO, JTs or businesses within a group. But yea, it's a net new validation part of ticket #20253
My recommendation would be test this with an ownership structure that contains a person, until that validation blocking this in place :) (or we could move this to staging for now, i will pull back ticket 20253)
@chdivyareddy The functionality that prevents these transfers on Groups that only consists of businesses should be in dev shortly!
