Law enforcement and other investigators must be able search for and find beneficial owners associated with a business or, businesses associated with a beneficial owner.

Competent Authorities search only: The search is a unified business and person search based on existing business and director searches

Comments from further review:

• third image for 'Address' search is not needed because this is covered as a search option in the person and business searches
• current Business Search UI includes search firm owners which would need to be moved over
• we could have search firm owners in the new UI, and it just calls a different API (new tab). Existing API / query could be used so this is a lower amount of work then trying to build this into our two search options
• there is only one tile for business and person search so there's a need to look at permissions to determine what shows in a search for a user. Note, a competent authority could have director search, transparency registry search or both
