MHR - Review & Confirm details are pre-populated from the AFFE filing to the Sale/Gift flow

  • [x] In the Review and Confirm screen all the components from the previous filing are pre-populated (Submitting party, Attention or Reference number, Authorization, staff payment details) which shouldn't be and this only happens when user clicks on the "Start Transfer Due to Sale or Gift" button from the pop-up modal immediately after filing the AFFE.

Current Behavior: The values from these components are pre-populated from the previous AFFE filing to the current Sale/gift flow: MHR Number 150418

Expected Behavior: The Review & Confirm components should reset for sale/gift after AFFE.

@mstanton1 @chdivyareddy - fyi - I logged a related bug today, fields aren't getting cleared when user changes transfer types - #18381
