Relocate click box "I am a Canadian Gov't Agency (other than BC provincial)
Currently, the user click the box "I am a Canadian Government Agency (other than B.C. provincial" by mistake and account created as GOVN.
To avoid the confusion, the click box will be removed and displayed the text with instruction to create GOV Agency account below the login selection box (BCSC or BCeID).
Scenario 1 - User wants to create a BC Registries and Online Services account GIVEN user lands on https://www.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/ and click "Create Account" WHEN user will see Create a BC Registries and Online Services page, which will be displayed with 2 login selection boxes (BCSC or BCeID) AND below these section boxes, it displayed If you are a B.C. Provincial Government Ministry/Employee, please follow the Ministry Government Account Creation Process (PDF) to set up your account. AND User click "Next" to continue to create the account
Scenario 2 - User wants to create a BC Registries and Online Services with account user type as Government Agency GIVEN user clicks "Create Account" and follow the instruction to create the account WHEN user lands on Step 4 of Create a BC Registries and Online Services - Account Information page will be displayed the radio button : Individual Person, Business, Government Agency AND user selected the radio button "Government Agency" THEN Government Agency Information section will be displayed with following fields for user to enter
- Government Agency Name (Mandatory)
- Branch/Division (Optional)
- Government Agency Type (dropdown selection - only display gov't agency type) AND Account created message will display after user entered applicable info and proceed to submit.
Scenario 3: Display access type as Government agency after Staff approved and hide the change button under Account detail section GIVEN user submitted account creations with user access type Government Agency WHEN Staff reviewed and approved the application for account creation with user access type Government Agency THEN user's account information page will display the Access Type as Government Agency (other than BC Provincial Government) AND change button is hidden from Account Details section.
Scenario 4: Hide the 'government agency' option when Regular/GOVN user creating a sub-account GIVEN user is Regular/GOVN user type and wants to create a sub-account WHEN user clicks to create a sub-account THEN the Government Agency radio button will remove from the Account Information page AND user can select Individual Person or Business user type

the business_type_codes table has mix type of business and government agency type codes for now, I'm adding two extra column "is_government_agency" and "is_business" to indicate which dropdown it goes to. (it has "Other" column should be placed in both drop-downs so we need two columns)
Increasing points because I encountered some weird logic issues that appeared during testing. These issues relate to the behaviour of account type information components during creation and editing. Additionally, it requires backend changes, and there have been a few design updates.

Talked with Ethan and Patty, we updated the Scenario 4: Hide the 'government agency' option when ~Regular/GOVN~ all other accounts except GOVN user creating a sub-account GIVEN user is ~Regular/GOVN~all other accounts except GOVN user type and wants to create a sub-account WHEN user clicks to create a sub-account THEN the Government Agency radio button will remove from the Account Information page AND user can select Individual Person or Business user type
~(Note: user has to select PREMIUM as org type at step 2 to view the GOVN OPTION)~
First 3 Scenarios has been tested, Pending for test for Scenario 4, currently not deployed.
Scenario 4 verified on test, there is another minor issue regarding clicking back when creating account, Making a new ticket for it, Closing this issue.
