Facets bug - name filter stemming issue
e.g. this will return zero results even though there is a business in prod and sandbox with that name

kial's notes: Trying this with 'initiative' instead of 'initiatives' works. Looks like the stem filter is not being applied correctly for the name query. This will require looking into what pre solr index manipulation the api does and how the analyzer is parsing the indexed name vs query for the name filter
